I'm interested in taking fish oil supplements, but I've heard of complaints such as bad breath/bad taste, etc. Will this always be true of taking fish oil supplements? I'd prefer not to smell like fish if I can help it...

I read an article talking about fish oil supplements and how they help to burn stubborn belly fat, along with a good diet and exercise. Has anyone ever tried this? Any wierd side effects? And if so, where can I find these supplements?

I read an article that taking a fish oil supplement 2 hours before a workout will increase your fat burn. NOW i KNOW obviously you have to eat good and workout hard which I am doing both, i just would like any other suggestions that may work.
